Prestaroof RW Composite Insulated Roof Panels
Prestaroof RW is a corrugated architectural composite insulated roof panel. It’s a complete roof system which does away with the conventional method of layers of netting, aluminium foil, wool and roofing sheets. The panels can be supplied up to a maximum of 12 metres length.

transmission. For higher requirements, the performance of these panels can be
enhanced according to the requirements of the design.
Prestaroof RW efficiently reduces the cost of air conditioning (or heating) within the building. A high degree of temperature control is achieved with the built-in Thermal Break design for each panel to prevent thermal transmission from the outside.
The composite nature of the panels made up of external steel skins and a core layer of Stone Wool results in exceptionally strong panels that have an extended lifespan derived from the use of COLORBOND® steel on the outer facing.
Extra care and emphasis were taken in the design of the sidelap to result in a unique Tongue and Groove joint that prevents water ingress, air leakages and wind uplift. These features distinguish Prestaroof RW from other panels.
With the ability to span further due to the structurally much stronger panels, the
result is savings to be derived from the lesser number of structural supports needed, shorter build time, labour cost and a host of other cost benefits.
Prestaroof RW use of stonewool core offers excellent fire protection characteristics:

Perforated liner and board liner are customizable to enhance the acoustic performance of the façade requirement.
Bonding of 3 Components of exterior metal skins and stonewool core into a
